Coordinator / Chief Physician (w/m/d) for the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy 39 hours/weekly / part-time possible

Recording process coordination, therapy planning Termination of pre-conferences (PSIA-speak lesson), post-stationary conversations, placement of patients Clinical analysis in Orbis Staff planning, coordination of therapy applications (weekly patient plans) Structure of Clinical Processes and Processes Dismissal management, post-stationary appointment assignment Administration of the clinic team, interface to the personnel department Office activity for hospital management Support Onboarding new employees / Candidate Management if applicable. Coordination at events, ordering, etc. Communication and contact care with instructors / patients/ bodies (medical chambers, professional associations, etc.)

(w/m/d) experience of office activities desirable very good knowledge of Orbis, KIS and Office applications good knowledge of German in word and writing administrative experience of advantage Understanding and experience with psychosomatic patients and joy to work with them Flexibility, creativity and willingness to implement new processes in a new department, resilience, service orientation, organisational skills
