Senior Lean Construction Specialist (m/w/d)

Osnabrück or Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Mülheim/Ruhr or Hamburg or Frankfurt Distribution and implementation of Lean culture in the company and implementation of Lean workshops Head of the Lean Community Support, consulting and coaching of project teams and executives at our regional construction sites when using our Lean methods and tools, e.g. load planners, timing, and various software applications Piloting and introducing digital innovations for use in construction projects Recording and drawing up proposals for improvement in the context of process analyses together with the project teams to further develop the Köster process system and to introduce new construction processes, methods and tools Interdisciplinary and agile cooperation (building process consulting, BIM, sustainability, work safety, process and project management) Regular effectiveness controls e.g. systematic collection of feedback on the usefulness of the Köster Process System Creating reports including evaluation, key figures and introducing measures to increase the implementation quality

Complete study in the technical field (e.g. civil engineering, economic engineering, architecture) Ideally multiannual professional experience in project or construction management (focus on civil engineering advantageous) and holistic understanding of construction processes Knowledge of Lean Construction, scheduling/work preparation Project and change management skills - Successful planning, implementation, monitoring and management of consulting projects Analytical procedure and pragmatic implementation with a high level of excellence Enthusiasm and motivation for Lean Transformation and Change Processes Great interest in the active design of digitalization in the construction industry, with a focus on innovation Embossed communication skills and presentation strength
