You document existing manufacturing and manufacturing processes in the Prototype Shop by directly accompanying production. You will also start, rework and manage SAB Work Instructions for sample bodies, components and special processes. In addition, you compare the processes in the Prototype Shop with existing series production instructions, identify deviations and document them. In close coordination with the fields of manufacturing, engineering and quality, you are continuously working on the optimization of work instructions and process documentation. In addition, you build a structured and revision-proof archive for manufacturing processes, tool repairs, laminating processes, and other special work steps.

You will study mechanical engineering, production engineering, process engineering, materials engineering or a comparable field of expertise. You have a good technical understanding of manufacturing processes and interest in practical work in the production environment. In addition, you are sure to use the common Microsoft Office applications (word, Excel and PowerPoint). You have already gained first experience in the field of composite / laminating processes, production planning or work preparation.
