For our legal department, we are looking for a Legal Counsel / Full Lawyers (m/w/d) as a parental office at 01.11.2026.

As a Legal Counsel, you are the central contact person for legal issues from different business areas and accompany our internal departments in their daily, strategic topics. independent legal advice from various departments and management Examination, design and negotiation of contracts, in particular in general civil and economic law legal support of new products, projects and business models from idea to implementation Consultation on issues such as contract law, competition law, data protection law, IT law, media law Legal assessment of entrepreneurial risks and development of pragmatic, economically meaningful solutions Cooperation with internal interfaces and, if necessary, with external lawyers Observing relevant legal developments and deriving concrete recommendations for action for the company

successfully completed first and second legal state exam ideally first relevant professional experience as a corporate lawyer:in, as a lawyer/legal attorney or in a comparable legal position Professional starters: women are also explicitly welcome good knowledge of civil and economic law; Experiences in data protection and competition law are advantageous Ability to convey complex legal issues in a comprehensible, solution-oriented and address-oriented manner independent, structured and responsible operation entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic relationships Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and understanding right as part of the solution sovereign appearance and communication strength towards different contact persons
