After a comprehensive introduction to our Hays Learning Center, you can identify decision-makers with top companies and build your own customer base with active speech and targeted new customer acquisitions With diplomacy and fingertips, you can convince potential customers in telephone and personal presentation appointments from you and collaboration with Hays to build sustainable business relationships At the same time, you’ll be the first person to ask questions and suggestions. Together with your customers, you will set up the requirements profiles for open positions and will assist you with this. Together with the Recruiting Specialists (m/w/d) in your team, you can track the appropriate specialist and executives and drive a fast and smooth occupation of the positions autonomously In doing so, you will form the interface between the customer companies and our professionals and accompany the entire application process
