In the Life Service Centre, you will accompany the application process from the examination of new applications and risk preliminary enquiries with assessment of risks to the final risk decision. Then get yourself in: You advise customer-oriented: You are service- and customer-oriented contact persons for end customers and sales partners. You agree to internal interfaces, e.g. request and risk requests concerning risk and occupational disability insurance. You decide: As part of the competency-controlled application and risk assessment, you conduct a formal, medical and financial risk assessment, check professional and special risks, process and answer risk preliminary enquiries and decide on the acceptance, rejection or the individual conditions of the applications and preliminary enquiries. You conduct oral and written correspondence with customers, sales partners, doctors, reinsurers and third parties. You support your colleagues: In case of concerns outside your area of competence, prepare enquiries optimally and forward them in a targeted manner.

Cologne indefinite Full time, part-time 30 hours per week

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or have collected relevant professional experience. Knowledge: You bring first knowledge and experience in life and occupational disability insurance. First medical knowledge and a sense of connected thinking would be advantageous. Personality: You are able to work independently and decide. You think solution-oriented and possess good communication in word and writing.
