Your tasks:

• Interface between production and forwarding

• Ensuring scheduled shipping

• Monitoring compliance with delivery dates

• preparation and verification of all necessary shipping and Export document

• Processing of air freight, sea freight and express deliveries

• Ensuring and observing the specified customs, foreign trade and logistics regulations Creation of freight offers - Contact for production, Transport Service, Customer Service, Purchasing and Suppliers

• Processing of returns to the supplier

• Coordination of inventory checks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training in the field Industry/Spedition/Logistics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in logistics and shipping desirable
• Good knowledge of the origin of goods, preferences and Foreign trade law
• Reliability, loadability and performance
• Self-employed, structured and conscientious work
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
