You take responsibility for the operational business, lead a 4-person team and ensure harmonious cooperation. As our number one on site, you design the service plan, guaranteeing our quality standards and always have an open ear for your employees. You control the KPIs of your team and your store with results. In addition, you always have a look at the stock of goods as well as the receipt protection and carry out inventory.

You have already been able to collect your leadership skills in system catering or bakery retail. Business knowledge helps you understand the relationships and key figures in the restaurant business. Hands-on mentality connects you with a safe occurrence. Get ready for shift and weekend work. We are happy to meet your individual needs. You have very good German skills.
