Spare parts follow-up clerk (m/f/d)

You serve customers and process orders from the request to the invoice. You can create technical and commercial offers as well as price and cost calculations. You process spare parts orders and monitor appointments, conditions and deliveries. As an interface, you coordinate the specialist departments and subcontractors involved. In addition, you accompany inspections, create customer documentation and take over the required order documentation. You take into account export and KWKG regulations and support the international sales process. In addition, watch the market and document sales.

You have an economic training, a further training to the specialist or businessman or an economic study. Experience in the sales service and in the order processing is ideally already brought with you. In handling SAP and MS Office, especially Excel, you are very safe. You have experience in international sales and ideally know export and KWKG requirements. We require very good English knowledge in word and writing; other foreign languages are advantageous. An independent, conscientious and reliable operation as well as load-bearing capacity are featured. Experience in cooperation with contracting authorities is desirable.
