For one of our well-known customer companies, we are looking for a full-time professional employee / specialist in import and export (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Customs processing: processing of import and export operations in compliance with the applicable regulations.
• Transport coordination: organisation and monitoring of international goods flows in coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Document management: creation and management of shipping and customs documents to ensure smooth handling.
• Communication: coordination with internal departments and external service providers, authorities and business partners.
• Process optimization: support in the further development of existing processes for increasing efficiency.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, forwarding merchant, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management, merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification – as an alternative to relevant professional experience.
• Experience: First knowledge in the field of import, export or customs processing desirable.
• IT knowledge: Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office, experience with customs software of advantage.
• Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German and English for communication with international partners.
• Structured procedure: Careful, independent and solution-oriented approach.
• Organizational institution: ability to coordinate several tasks in parallel and to set priorities.
• Communication strength: Safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external partners.
