To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) for our patient intake in full or part time with at least 30 hours a week.

Team management and coordination: You lead the team of outpatient and inpatient patient intake and are central contact for the departments in the house. Operational daily business: You actively cooperate in day-to-day business, collect data relevant to recording, conclude contracts and ensure a smooth flow of patients. Interface management and projects: You are in close cooperation with internal interfaces and actively support projects, in particular in the area of digitalization, to optimize the flow of patients. Service planning: You create schedules and coordinate operations, even in the case of personnel bottlenecks.

You have completed training or a study in health care. You bring several years of professional experience in the patient reception of a practice or clinic. You have leadership experience and are characterized by an appreciation and clear leadership style. You have very good German knowledge (at least C1) and good English knowledge (at least B2). Ideally, you have experience in dealing with the hospital information system Orbis (Dedalus) and SAP IS-H.
