Your entry into the world of building financing You have successfully completed your training in banking or a comparable qualification and now want to start building financing? You are passionate about advising customers and want to become a step-by-step contractor? Then our trainee program: Junior Customer Consultant (m/w/d) Construction Financing is the right opportunity for you.

During your trainee program, you will get to know customer advice from the ground and develop yourself specifically for your later work in the construction finance consulting. Among other things, the following tasks await you: Support and advice of our existing customers on their ongoing financing Processing of customer requests via telephone, email and other digital communication channels Building a comprehensive understanding of the needs and wishes of our customers Close cooperation with our construction finance consultants Participation in consultations on property financing Step-by-step development of expertise in building financing

In the first two years, you will gain valuable experience in customer consulting and get to know all facets of customer support. At the same time, we will accompany you specifically in building your expertise in building financing. Thus, you build both the technical know-how and the practical experience to accompany customers on their own way to their own four walls.
