Customer Service Technician Heating (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for one: Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Focus on Heating Customer Service In this position you are on site with our customers for reliable maintenance, Repair and troubleshooting of modern heating systems responsible. You ensure that systems can be operated safely, efficiently and customer-friendly. With your technical know-how, you ensure high service quality and satisfied customers – every day. • You carry out maintenance work, repairs and troubleshooting on heating systems professionally and reliably. • You analyze error messages, diagnose problems and restore the systems safely and efficiently. • You put new heating systems into operation, check the functions and explain the handling to customers. • You write clear service reports and document your activities comprehensible. • You advise customers on site friendly, giving tips on optimization, energy efficiency and possible improvements. • You work closely with the service office and reliably keep agreed dates, quality standards and safety requirements. • In exchange with your colleagues, you take on the standby service and ensure that urgent problems are handled reliably even outside the usual working hours.

You bring a completed training as a plant mechanic SHK or as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer with Your craftsmanship and independent working methods are your strengths Reliability and customer orientation You are team-ready and can convince with your strong communication skills A Class B driving licence completes your profile
