Advising colleagues in the HR department on labour law issues through analysis of legal issues and independent development, presentation and evaluation of solutions Development of standards and implementation requirements in the context of current case law and new legislative proposals Participation in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes, sample documents and HR-relevant guidelines Development of design proposals for implementing strategic corporate decisions Supporting our international national companies in all labour law issues including drawing up sample documents according to local law (together with local external lawyers) Acquisition of Personal Due Diligence in Merger & Acquisition Activities Representation of the employer in labour court proceedings and takeover of judicial and extrajudicial correspondence

Completed study of law with first and second legal state exams and focus on labour law or completed studies in the field of economic law Including several years of professional experience in labour law Very good expertise in labour law, preferably knowledge in social security and income tax law Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, solution-oriented and receiver-horizont-oriented mode of operation, binding occurrence and joy in versatile tasks Joy in communicating complex legal issues in a comprehensible way, legal creativity and enthusiasm for innovative topics
