You comprehensively advise management and business partners in all labour law issues. This includes the deep analysis of legal risks, the creation of sound legal opinions and the development of strategic recommendations for action to minimise legal risks. You conduct independent and competent negotiations on collective labour law issues with works councils and other co-determination bodies. In doing so, you represent the interests of the company and ensure compliance with the statutory and tariff requirements. You are responsible for the development and continuous development of business agreements and labour law regulations. This includes the creation and implementation of company-wide policies and policies as well as the adaptation to current legal developments. You deal with complex labour law issues and, if necessary, take over the employer's process representation. This includes the judicial and extrajudicial correspondence and the representation of the company in labour disputes before court. You carry out trainings and workshops for employees and executives to inform and sensitize them about current labour law developments and internal company regulations.
Successfully completed study of law with a focus on labour law desirable.
