In your role, you will support and advise the national stock customers (company lists) in the area of Sprinkler-Service, repair and modernization. On the basis of maintenance protocols and test reports, you identify and evaluate necessary measures and derive concrete service or rehabilitation offers. Together with the specialist departments, such as technology, assembly planning or the reductions, you develop technical solutions. You calculate repairs, sub-installations or modernizations and create precise offers based on them. In addition, you will accompany and manage customer projects up to their successful completion and ensure a frictionless implementation. As an important point of intersection between the central distribution and our reductions, you support the provision, technical clarification and operational implementation. In addition, maintain the CRM system (SAP), create visit reports and follow open measures consistently. Occasionally traveling to customer locations and locations within Germany will complete your varied task profile.

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. in the field of sanitary, heating, ventilation, fire protection or utility, or a comparable qualification Training in the field of technical sales, e.g. as a technician, master or technical operator, is of advantage (but no need!)
