Your tasks:

• Reception and recording of fault messages and requests via building control, email and telephone
• Creating, classifying, forwarding and closing of interference tickets in the internal system
• Post-control of interference tickets according to defined processes and standards
• Ensuring an interdisciplinary flow of information
• Reporting to the customer and the individual specialist planners:inside
• Work according to process requirements in facility management

• Working time models between 36-40 hours per week, depending on project use
• Continuing training at our in-house institute, the FERCHAU Academy (e-learnings, trainings and seminars)

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training in technical or craftsmen such as mechatronics:in, plant mechanic:in or electronics:in advantageous
• First experience in facility management or building technology
• Good PC skills and knowledge required in MS Office and SAP or other CAFM programs
• Driving license class 3/B necessary
• Ability to self-employed and earnings-oriented work with readiness to learn
• Ready for shift service (breakfast/night) and weekend fees required
