Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As part of the capacitive factory and plant expansion, you will work with planning and installation as well as transfer of the lithography systems into the productive operation. You take over the testing of EQ Cards, Hookup and Coordination Systems, support hardware startup with the respective service partner as well as the release of the system with focus on the hardware. In addition, you carry out maintenance activities on your own and train maintenance technicians. Ensuring high machine availability and plant stability using SPC and FDC is guaranteed by you. Together with your team and the service partners, you act cyclically in your area with the concept of implementing preventive maintenance. The training of the technician colleagues in their field on the basis of training plans and skills passports is your responsibility. You create and update the valid document for lithography systems, carry out the training of the new employees and update the machinery's risk assessments regarding the current risk potential. PM (preventive maintenance) instructions and CM (corrective maintenance) regulations for maintenance conversion to the plants are created by you. Also create and publish handling instructions for maintenance in the Docupedia as well as the corresponding checklists/Usage Meter/Work Templates in the Platform Xsite. You provide aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability and innovation. You will also create analyses and correlations of the key figures and define countermeasures. You exchange closely with other functional areas to match the activities.

Education: completed (special) university studies in a relevant technical field (electrical or process engineering, physics or the like) or technician degree with multi-year, relevant professional experience Experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in producing semiconductors, broad knowledge in the field of lithography, ideally first experience in the maintenance and maintenance of lithography equipment as an equipment engineer; good method skills such as 5S, SPC, FDC, FMEA, and REFA Personality and working methods: team-ready, flexible, motivated, resilient, communication-strong, very good organisational and problem-solving capability as well as strong quality awareness Languages: very good German and English skills
