Your tasks:

• Responsibility for processing all current business transactions (debitors, creditors, banks and cash registers)
• Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices as well as bank sales and cash registers
• Preparing and processing of numbers
• Account tuning and account maintenance
• Care and testing of master data
• Cooperation in the preparation of annual accounts in cooperation with the tax office
• Contact persons for management, tax consultants, financial authorities, social security institutions and banks
• Preparing and implementing wage billing
• Creation of certificates, proofs and accounts against social security and other external bodies
• preparation and monitoring of social security and financial authorities audits

Your profile:

• completed training as accountant, tax specialist or comparable commercial training with professional experience
• sound knowledge of financial accounting software (preferably DATEV) and MS Office
• an independent, solution-oriented and systematic way of working, flexibility, commitment, communication strength and team capacity
