Definition and development of measures and tools based on global methodology (GCIM) for the systematic implementation of new customer business, as well as re-implementation of existing operations within the Air Logistics Business Unit Recording, documentation and testing of customer requirements together with the sale and customer care locations Support for customer visits to evaluate and implement implementation-relevant questions together with customers Analysis, Processing and Upload of Rats Agreement in Operational Systems Support and control of KN Global Services Activities Coordination of project and business implementation processes in the commercial and operational field with all stakeholders involved and exchange with other business units Creation of project documentation and tracking of project plans Ensuring project status transparency for national air freight management

Complete commercial training or studies with focus on economics, logistics or computer science Professional experience in air freight desirable System affinity and high technical understanding Good understanding of numbers and analysis Secure knowledge of English in word and writing Safe, communicative appearance in all management levels and a high service affinity
