For a long-term use in a well-known company in Leipzig, we are looking for a home technician / SHK (m/w/d). In this position, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of heating and sanitary facilities and actively contribute to ensuring the technical building infrastructure.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday | 07:00 – 15:30 hrs. | Day shift

♪ Your future task:

• Maintenance and monitoring of technical installations in the area of heating and sanitation
• Implementation and coordination of maintenance, maintenance and repair work
• Analysis and correction of technical disturbances
• Coordination with external service providers and subcontractors
• Control of the work carried out with regard to quality and execution
• Support in the planning and organisation of technical measures
• documentation of maintenance, testing and repairs
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• material disposition and support in the organization of the technical operation

Your profile for the job Haustechniker / SHK (m/w/d) from 19,50 €/h:

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), heater (m/w/d), gas and water heater (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in heating and sanitation technology
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed and structured work
• Reliability and responsibility
• Customer and service-oriented appearance
• Team skills and communication strength
• Class B driving license
