Referent (m/w/d)* Performance Management and Service Control

In the field of control and reporting of the ALH Group, we are responsible for the development and continuous improvement of control characteristics and reporting structures. Improve our team at the Stuttgart or Oberursel location near Frankfurt am Main and contribute to the development and deployment of a data-based metric and reporting system.

Conceptual development and continuous expansion of a group-wide key number system for measuring and evaluating our services – in close cooperation with the service units Implementation of the KPI system in cooperation with IT and the data management to ensure the technical connection/integration of relevant data sources Unified provision and visualization of service key figures for operational areas and management, including advice on their use for operational control Definition and regular adaptation of customer-oriented service level agreements (SLAs), including coordination with the works council, service units and other target groups Management and operation of analysis and reporting tools, monitoring of service targets and deriving optimization measures for operational control Initiation, management and coordination of working groups on cross-sector topics, in particular for the processing of complex control, residue or efficiency topics Preparation and presentation of information and decision-making templates for management Head of smaller projects and working groups to further develop our control and reporting processes

Completed studies of business, economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional practice Experience in building and developing reporting and analysis processes Experience in the development of technical concepts and in cooperation with different interfaces for the implementation of concepts in processes and structures Experience in managing projects, working groups or task forces with interdisciplinary character Ability to analyse complex issues, prepare them to address and translate them into solutions Quick conception, readiness and self-motivation Communication and coordination competence in cross-departmental cooperation with various stakeholders such as IT, specialist areas, works council and management willingness to take responsibility for tasks and projects, and the right portion of team spirit
