You conduct and organize the cardiological station 2A with the station management in accordance with the overall strategic and structural objectives of the company. Together with the station management, You promote the further development of employee qualifications. You ensure patient-oriented care quality and actively contribute to the design and implementation of change processes. You create efficient organisational processes with interdisciplinary acceptance.

You have a degree as a nurse (m/w/d) in health care and nursing, as well as a well-founded professional experience in a management position. A completed further development for the leading care specialist (m/w/d) or the willingness to complete it is desirable. You are a dedicated, empathic and communicative personality and have great interest in a trusted cooperation of all professional groups. The care of patients is at your heart and you attach great importance to high-quality care. You work structured, well organized and responsible and are open to continuous development.
