In this dual course, you combine theory and practice and immerse yourself directly in the world of IT consulting. You learn to develop innovative IT solutions, professionally advise customers and actively shape information technology work environments. In addition to exciting projects – also directly on site with the customer – you will deepen your knowledge in sales, project management and consulting. With individually selectable focuses, you can optimally prepare yourself for a successful career at the interface of IT and business.

Berate customers in IT solutions: You support the design of suitable IT solutions and help to support the systems. Accompanying IT projects: You work on projects in commercial, technical and organizational terms. Analyze customer requests: You develop customized solutions for specific requirements. Design sales systems: You support management of sales systems and strategic and operational consulting marketing. Your dual study: In three years you will become a professional in IT and customer consulting! We cooperate with the Dual University in Karlsruhe and alternatively in Mannheim. You expect: Various topics: You learn everything from information technology environments to customer support. Funded study: You study in small, practical groups at the Dual University in Karlsruhe. Immediate practicality: You will be involved in exciting projects and teams early on. Comprehensive introduction weeks: joint team training, exciting workshops and lectures. You have (always) Abitur or Fachabitur. You are interested in business and current IT technologies. You bring a strong willingness to dialogue and conflict resolution. You have an eye for meaningful IT support and a good dose of enthusiasm. You have fun working in the team. You speak fluent German (at least C1) and are good in English.
