Professional and disciplinary responsibility for the employees in your object Responsible for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use and securing the internal performance calculation of the assigned employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Training as an electronic / energy plant electronics / electrical installation / plant mechanics Continuing training as technician / master / Bachelor / engineer - optimally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology, electrical engineering Ideally min. 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position Customer-oriented, dedicated employees, for which team skills and reliability are of course driving licence class B
