Project management: You take over project management services according to AHO for our local shareholders. Quality and cost management: You monitor the quality of construction services and keep costs and execution in mind Service management: You commission and coordinate external specialist companies for maintenance and maintenance services in the housing stock Stock management: You take care of our existing buildings and are contact persons for technical questions. For our existing apartments, you can carry out the accommodation and transfers.

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring their own initiative and work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You act responsibly and keep an overview of different requirements. You convince with pronounced social competence, communication skills and a safe occurrence. You can combine different interests constructively and deal with conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
