You assume the holistic responsibility for the delivery and order processing – from the first customer request to the delivery creation to the successful order processing As a central interface, you coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth running between customers, sales and internal departments You support colleagues in the Kalk business unit in order processing You process customer requests competently and take over complaint management You work routined with the SAP module SD, maintain master and movement data and perform administrative tasks along the sales process In close cooperation with the indoor and outdoor services, you actively contribute to the implementation of our sales goals Cross-departmental communication with areas such as purchasing, development, production, quality management, logistics as well as our sister company completes your versatile task profile

Closed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade, industrial businesswoman / industrial businessman or a comparable qualification Ideally experience in the distribution of technical products or Commodities, preferably in the chemical trade High customer and service orientation as well as a structured and careful operation Embossed team capacity and secure and binding communicative appearance Safe handling of common Microsoft‐365 applications Knowledge in the SAP module SD is desirable, but no requirement Good English knowledge of word and writing
