Your tasks:

• Collection and testing of accounting-relevant data in the accounting system SAP or ATOSS taking into account and complying with statutory provisions in social security and tax law
• General administrative activities in the field of wage and salary accounting
• Supporting processing of the entire staff administration from entry to exit including maintenance of absences and absences
• Representation of payment and registration and certification
• Care and implementation of health management measures
• Support in the creation of personal documents such as certificates or contracts
• Administrative support for applicant management
• Implementation of personal projects

Your qualifications:

• They have completed commercial training and have relevant professional experience in supporting all-round staff work and pay billing, ideally collected in an industrial company in the M+E industry
• Secure and up-to-date knowledge in the fields of pay billing, wage tax and social security law and knowledge in labour and collective bargaining law (ERA TV)
• Very good MS Office identifiers (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel) and a time recording program (e.g. ATOSS, SAP, GFOS, etc.)
• Structured thinking and rapid understanding
• Convinced personality with independent, structured and result-oriented working methods and flexibility
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
