As a project manager*in Planning / Design / Construction, you control the construction, maintenance and modernization measures for the company's own and rented properties (own and rental locations in around 60 countries) within the framework of the strategic corporate regulations. They are responsible for the success of the project in terms of costs, dates, quality and standards and are involved in the conceptual and design implementation of planned and changing land uses. As an interface manager, you coordinate and control both internal and external project participants, such as architects, specialist engineers, experts and service providers. In this function, you are responsible for necessary administrative and comprehensible votes as well as the ongoing and final project documentation, participation in acceptances and warranty management. In addition, you support the creation of decision-making bases, bring your expertise into internal voting and decision-making processes and help us further develop our standards.

Successfully completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or comparable Construction knowledge including HOAI and VOB are provided At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of project and construction planning in the HOAI performance phases 1-9 Safe handling of industry-standard software, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, AVA, SAP and CAFM English language skills Flexibility for partly regional, partly national travel activities
