Head of Payroll Accounting and Personnel Controlling (m/f/d)

You support the planning of the personnel budget by collecting, preparing and analyzing relevant data. Their work results form an important basis for the budgeting of the city administration. As part of the personal control, you regularly determine and analyze meaningful key figures and create corresponding reports. In doing so, you will keep in mind both individual groups of employees and the entire workforce. You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the team “delivery and remuneration billing” with currently four employees. In addition, maintain your own, manageable inventory of billing cases. Together with the department management, you will design the further development of the subject area in the course of the ongoing digitalization. You actively support the development and use of the KM.Personal specialist procedure.

A completed university degree or alternatively a commercial training with relevant further education (e.g. Bachelor Professional) as well as relevant professional experience. Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security, with experience in the billing of charges, is of advantage. Experience in data processing as well as safe handling with Microsoft Excel. Pleasure to guide employees in a targeted and collegial way. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills.
