With our team “Value Stream & Planning”, we support strategic and cross-departmental projects for our internal and external customers. To ensure continuous development of our products, we work on exciting and varied projects every day. In your role, you will work together in the team to develop the products and manufacturing processes.

You take over the management of projects in the field of operations from conception and specification to design, implementation and verification/validation to series transmission.

In overarching projects, you conduct and coordinate the subproject managers, organize the technical exchange, moderate conflicts and actively participate in their solution.

You prepare policy templates in terms of content and objectively sound, plan dependencies between action strands and arrange objections and resources structured.

Opposite senior management in operations and the Field of Business, you are responsible for a transparent and addressable strategic reporting on project progress, risks and results.

You operate active project management, regularly monitor interim results and consistently initiate appropriate countermeasures in case of deviations.

As an estimated interface, you work closely with optics design, manufacturing, mechanics, assembly and internal and external customers and manage interdisciplinary project teams across multiple locations.

You coordinate external support functions, ensure efficient cooperation with all project participants and use modern project management tools to plan, manage, document and evaluate your projects.

After completion of the project All relevant actual data, initiate concrete suggestions for improvement for future projects and actively contribute your results to Lessons-Learned workshops.

Your profile You have successfully completed a technical or scientific university study, ideally supplemented with additional economic qualification.

The first relevant professional experience in the project management of production or operations projects is already bringing you with and is familiar with series start-up management as well as production processes (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0).

By working independently and structuredly, you combine analytical thinking with a quick understanding and make decisions based on sound data.

In cooperation with interdisciplinary and cross-site teams, you will be sure to step up, communicate responsively, implement constructively and have strong presentation and moderation capabilities.

Elasticity and the ability to think connected, you also stand out as a solution-oriented approach to complex issues and conflicts of target.

Ideally, you have already been responsible for projects in a matrix organization and use modern project management tools (e.g. for planning, controlling, collaboration and reporting) in practice.

You have fluent German and English knowledge in word and writing and can present results safely before different stakeholders.
