Contact person for the in-house facility management Control and coordination of external service providers Security officer in Munich's office, implementation of personal safety instructions and participation in OSH meetings (ASA) Support in the ongoing support and equipment of the office and company apartments Elimination of deficiencies and implementation of smaller repair work on the rental area Planning and implementation of internal transfers Administration and Purchasing of Office Material Regular ordering of drinks and daily internal distribution in our tea kitchens Co-operation in the dismantling and dismantling of table facilities and equipment for in-house events Technical support on printers and copiers Digital inventory support, new inventory and ongoing database maintenance Implementation of archiving tasks as well as professional file destruction Takeover of Botswana

Complete vocational training, ideally with first professional experience Craft skills and technical expertise A high level of service orientation and hand-on mentality Self-employed and team-oriented work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Routined knowledge in MS 365
