Site Manager - HVAC / Building Services / Supply Technology (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management of our TGA construction projects in the areas of heating, cold, ventilation and sanitation and are the central contact person on site. You run and motivate your assembly team and ensure smooth cooperation on the construction site. You coordinate appointments, tax forwarders and suppliers and ensure that all project phases remain on time and on budget. You ensure compliance with the highest quality and safety standards and are responsible for the decline of the trades. You take care of the material ordering, set the scale for the billing and document the progress of the construction completely.

You have a completed training in supply technology and you already have professional experience in the TGA version. You have basic knowledge of VOB and a class B driving licence. With your organized and high-speed style, you will guide construction sites in a targeted manner and keep your eyes on dates and quality standards. In dealing with project participants, the assembly team and suppliers, you are convinced by a binding and professional appearance. You speak and write German on C1 level to ensure smooth communication at the construction site.
