Product Manager Aviation (m/f/d)

You become part of the topsystem GmbH and thus part of the EPG. As Product Manager (m/w/d) in our Logistics Solutions division, you contribute to the digital and smart logistics of tomorrow! Specifically, you assume the strategic responsibility for the design and optimization of cross-process processes in our EPG AES Aviation Execution Suite. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You introduce new ideas and advance the further development of our EPG AES Aviation Execution Suite – with a clear look at the requirements of customers and the market. You analyze and design processes within the software suite from a holistic perspective and ensure that our software solutions are optimally harmonized along the process chain. You design our product roadmap and develop innovative solutions that shape the aviation of the future – with a strong focus on digitalization, automation, (agentic) AI and integration. You create precise development tickets based on technical requirements and thus not only provide for the derivation of high-level concepts, but above all for clearly implementable development projects. You ensure that the entire suite and processes are not only efficient, but also intuitive and user-friendly. You conduct cross-border development projects and work closely with internal stakeholders.

You have completed their studies, ideally in the field of air traffic management, logistics, BWL, economic informatics and a comparable qualification. You bring experience in the introduction or further development of software solutions in the aviation environment. You are a pragmatic problem solver with a deep understanding of operational aviation processes and their dependencies. You have a sense of user experience and understand how software and processes must be designed from the user's point of view. First contact points with the Agentic AI theme are welcome and additionally support you in the role. Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of German and English.
