Your new job at a glance Supporting our fleet management: You enter our fleet with about 50 vehicles from the inspection appointment, the damage service to the new leasing acquisition (via a digital software) including cost controlling and the co-design of the fleet policy Representation at reception: You are the first face at the reception – friendly, organized and helpful – for colleagues, service providers, applicants – personally, by phone or email Office Compass & Feeling Factor: You know every corner, every meeting room and always know where to find. order, cleanliness and atmosphere Interface: You are an essential interface, whether in the team or with the employees

That's what you bring: You have already gained experience in fleet management (Fleet), find this area very exciting and can advance our fleet Closed commercial training, ideally in the automotive businessman/wife, merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services or office management Ideally, you have already gained first experiences at the reception or in the front office Safe in handling digital tools (MS Office 365, MS Teams, ideally with a fleet software e.g. AVRIOS) Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Friendly appearance, solution-oriented thinking and a hand-on mentality
