You support us in the introduction and optimization of our Configuration Management Process, according to the company-specific requirements You are our Business Analyst (m/w/d) for the topics Data Foundation / Configuration Management on our Service Management System (ServiceNow) You are a consultant (m/w/d) and central contact person (m/w/d) for our management You work closely with process colleagues in national and international design to introduce and continuously optimize processes

You have a completed study of (economic) computer science or vocational training with professional experience in the described environment You have a basic understanding of IT Service Management methods (e.g. ITIL / ITOM) You work structured, independent and solution-oriented You have very good communication skills You are happy to structure data and configure systems? Then Data Foundation and Configuration Management in ServiceNow could be exactly your thing! With us you can contribute your experience and actively shape our processes.
