We are looking for a social service special housing and workshop for people with disabilities (m/w/d) in parttime (19.5 hours/week), limited as parental leave.

You advise and support people with need for participation in personal, public and professional matters. You actively participate in the implementation of the Federal Dispute Act (BTHG) in the Stephanuswerk. You work closely with your team and get into team meetings and working groups. You are responsible for the acquisition and organization of new clients. You are organising and conducting support plan discussions. You cooperate with legal supervisors, cost-beneficiaries, authorities and relatives. You work conceptually and bring your ideas and experiences into the further development of our offers.

You have a completed degree in Social Work (B.A./M.A.), Social Education (FH Diploma/Bachelor) or a comparable degree course. You want to work with people with participation needs and accompany them on their way. Ideally, you are already bringing knowledge of integration aid or disability assistance – if not, we are still looking forward to your application. You're team-ready and you want to move something together. You have your own initiative and the ability to work independently. You have the pleasure of advising and supporting people.
