IT System Engineer Infrastructure Management (m/f/d)

You accompany construction projects and make sure that all requirements for network infrastructure and telecommunications are taken into account from the outset. You take the technical responsibility for the installation, complete documentation and commissioning of IT networks on site. Plans, schedules, lists of pieces for reconstruction and new building projects, which contain all technical specifications. You calculate and plan the necessary IT infrastructure measures – from material needs to personnel costs to timetables. You develop concepts for access and time recording, define hardware and software, check security requirements and integrate them into the entire system. You coordinate the stakeholder (m/w/d), conduct the communication between internal specialist departments, external service providers and customers to keep all parties at the same level. You control the implementation of the rebuilding and new building projects, monitor progress, solve problems that arise and ensure that the deliveries are made on time and according to the quality standards.

You have a completed electrical engineering degree or equivalent training with relevant professional experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position and bring practical know-how. You have extensive experience in planning, building and operating both passive and active network infrastructure. You know the current technologies and infrastructure standards and have already successfully implemented construction and reconstruction measures. You have extensive experience in managing technical IT and telecommunications projects, including budget and appointment responsibility. You are experienced in the operation of telecommunications systems and in the handling of common network documentation standards and tools. You can analyze complex requirements in a structured manner, implement them conceptually and coordinate all project participants.
