Accountant Contract Accounts (m/f/d)

You book manual business incidents, carry out the clarification of accounts and the monitoring of open items, and take over master data management. You carry out internal controls and assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits. You will also be active in monthly and annual accounts. You accompany process and system-side changes by performing standardized test cases. You process interface data and contribute to the documentation and maintenance of work instructions. You support the implementation of dunning and payment runs. The creation of evaluations to support reporting is also one of your tasks. You are in regular exchange with internal departments for the clarification of accounting matters. In addition, you maintain accounting rules and account assignments in the SAP FS‐CD.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further training to the financial account holder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the secondary book or contract account balance. You have basic knowledge in the HGB and have experience in handling ERP systems, in particular SAP FS‐CD or SAP FI. When handling MS Office, you are safe and open to new systems and the use of modern AI tools. A careful, structured and reliable operation is of course for you. You are happy to work in the team and communicate clearly as well as service-oriented with internal contacts. You have very good knowledge of German and English are of advantage.
