Supporting our B2B customers in close cooperation with our external service Ensuring the food-related transportability of customer-specific labels in the respective destination country Keep standard labels up to date Takeover of projects related to label processing Order management support for job tips or personnel undercover Create and edit customer complaints together with production, logistics, LMR and QM Acceptance and further processing of LMR/QM requests and follow-up Close cooperation with the QS team Sub-year sales planning in cooperation with Supply Chain – Transfer sales plans to SAP into production and delivery plans – regularly balance

Closed commercial vocational training as an industrial businessman/woman Ideally, first professional experience in the international environment, export or internal services Customer-oriented thinking and acting Teamability and high reliability Organisational capacity and enforcement capacity Flowing English in Word and Scripture Safe handling of MS Office Funded knowledge of SAP application and joy in using new software Possible experience in dealing with public authorities, customs, etc.
