Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our data & analytics team specialized in the financial services sector in Munich, Frankfurt/Main, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne or Berlin, you take responsibility in consulting our customers:inside on topics related to data engineering and data science. The management of teams, the most modern data platforms and appropriate data management, as well as the responsible implementation of business-relevant applications from Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning and AI are your tasks. This will help you with automation and transformation projects for internationally operating companies in the financial sector. You can do a variety of tasks: Management of projects to build and operate scalable data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks) for our customers: in the financial sector, as well as the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate innovative technologies using state-of-the-art cloud and AI technologies in customer projects and active cooperation in the development of cloud-based data architectures Leadership and mentoring of analyst and developer teams, promoting cooperation and technical excellence, managing consulting projects including project planning and stakeholder communication Direct cooperation with customers: in order to analyze the requirements and implementation of tailor-made solutions Supporting business development through sales activities and building customer relationships Coordination of nearshore and distributed teams for smooth cooperation

Completed studies of (economic) computer science, (economic) mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering or another field of study with technological-analytical background expertise in the architecture of cloud-based data platforms and AI-supported solutions (recognition and practical experience with snowflake or databricks), programming knowledge, ability to create PoCs, proven experience in managing distributed analyst and (nearshore) development teams, as well as sound consulting skills and project management experience in the financial sector Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
