What your tasks are:

• Through your sensitive care of our residents with mental and physical disabilities, you help them to be secure and at home.
• Even if the people entrusted to us need help, you will always confirm that they live as independent as possible.
• To do this, you will determine the support needs of our residents, develop individual help plans and implement them.
• In the team, you will support a group with the support of the professional management, design the daily routine and plan and accompany leisure and promotion offers.
• They take over primary care activities and support our residents in the field of health care. They accompany them, for example, to visit doctors and take over the appropriate appointment coordination, carry out basic medical regulations, such as preparation and administration of drugs.
• In doing so, you will communicate and cooperate with our team, our outpatient care service on site, doctors, therapists and therapists as well as relatives and caregivers.
• They conduct individual talks and also serve in the context of conflict management and crisis intervention.
• You document your activity using our PC programs.
• You are in charge of educational and nursing helpers and interns of our institution.

What you should bring:

• A loving and sensitive way in the promotion and care of our residents.
• A degree in social education, medical education, as a state-recognized nurse, as a state-recognized educator, as a state-recognized teacher/in with a curative supplementary qualification or as an old-career with additional medical education.
• A pronounced social competence and communication skills.
• A dedicated, independent way of working and a high level of commitment.
• The ability to provide self-responsible support and support for a group of eight residents.
