Legal advice and support for the management, the divisions of the headquarters and individual branches in the operational business in construction and property law issues, in particular: Legal advice in the handling of architects/engineering contracts and contracts with industrial contractors Representation of LBB as part of disputes with contractors Principle work in the field of building, procurement and real estate law to optimise the management of the award agencies and related training Competent handling of legal issues related to the award and implementation of works and services contracts, as well as specialist supervision of the LBB branch offices
