Senior Project Engineer - Technical Project Manager

Your tasks You are responsible for the technical project management within the customer projects from initialization to project completion You are responsible for technical drawings, PPAP processes, supplier coordination and onboarding as well as specification processing Together with the project team, you carry out regular chances and risk analyses and control them effectively Together with customer quality management, you are responsible for process validation (IQ,OQ,PQ) within the project You agree closely with quality management as well as with the project team on the customer's side and regularly carry out technical reviews to ensure compliance You support supplier audits and technical queries You report independently, targeted and risk-oriented to the project and/or program management at the customer At WIC, you will report to your team as responsible, transparent, targeted and risk-oriented

MUST HAVE You bring at least 5 years of practical experience in the environment of manufacturing engineering You are familiar with relevant technologies & software You work structured, independent and conscientious The targeted and professional coordination and communication with different departments and hierarchical levels can be mastered You are always able to work yourself into new topics and areas of industry independently and independently. You have the ability to analyze data and solve problems You master the creation of technical reports and project documents You are ''hands-on'' and the project progress is about your task description / responsibility Your excellent communication skills ensure that you can win others for you and convince them of your ideas You're questioning the status quo and making continuous improvements inside and outside your projects Your empathy and conflict resolution skills ensure that you can quickly fit into new teams and be effective You have fun working on interdisciplinary and international teams The willingness to travel (20%) and the extra mile to advance projects
