Planner / Site Manager – Digital Infrastructure in Buildings

In your role, you take over the project or Construction management for the implementation of construction measures in the vicinity of properties and structures of SSB AG. You are responsible for design planning, tendering and construction monitoring of the engineering systems as well as the cost-driven execution of the construction projects. The coordination and control of the system planners involved as well as the coordination of the cable routing systems for all plants are part of your task. The documentation of planning and inventory data management in electronic systems and CAD complete your activity. Coordination and coordination of the planned measures and extensions with internal bodies and external service providers are also within your responsibility.

Your basis is a successfully completed degree in engineering science with the subject of electrical, news or information technology or a comparable qualification. This is complemented by well-founded professional practice as a planner or construction manager of electrotechnical installations in the building. In addition, you have extensive knowledge in the field of the planning of engineering installations and line installations in buildings. Knowledge of technical facilities such as electrical engineering, fire protection, and MSR technology are desirable. You are versed in handling MS Office and CAD. You also have a class B licence.
