Development and optimization of HR analyses and dashboards to support strategic decisions Further development of HR reporting through innovative solutions, standards and more efficient processes Determination and analysis of relevant HR key figures Implementation of ad hoc evaluations, trend analyses and forecasts Support for personnel planning in close cooperation with HR Business partners
