Inspire technology: you coordinate, plan and monitor the operation, maintenance and repair of the technical building equipment, including heating, sanitary and ventilation systems, small refrigeration, elevator and kitchen facilities, doors and gates in a defined part of the building and thus at any time respond to the proper functioning of the building complex.
