Project Buyer Test & Measurement (m/f/d)

Takeover of overall purchasing responsibility for new projects in the area of Test & Measurement along the entire product development process Creation and implementation of requests based on technical specifications for suitable suppliers worldwide Analysis, evaluation and plausibility of offers taking into account costs, dates, quality and technical requirements Implementation of price, contract and contract negotiations as well as preparation and implementation of award decisions in coordination with Commoidty Purchasing Active management and tracking of procurement volumes within the project item list with regard to costs, quality and delivery dates Close cooperation with development, project management, production, quality and logistics to ensure a successful project development Identification and implementation of cost optimization measures and support of design-to-cost initiatives Building and further developing a powerful supplier network for project-related procurement volumes in coordination with Commoidty Purchasing Implementation of risk analyses and introduction of appropriate measures to ensure the availability of materials and project objectives Responsibility for the procurement of samples, prototypes and serial materials up to the handover to the serial purchase Regular reporting of project status with regard to costs, dates and procurement risks to the project team and relevant stakeholders

Complete technical or business studies or comparable qualification with technical background Multiannual professional experience in project purchase, technical purchasing or commodity management, ideally in the electronics, test & measurement environment Embossed technical understanding as well as the ability to fully evaluate technical and commercial relationships Experience in managing complex procurement volumes within interdisciplinary development projects Negotiating skills, enforcement ability and safe occurrence of internal and external contacts High self-initiative, structured working and marked target and result orientation Good knowledge of project management Safe handling of ERP systems and MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
