We, the “logistics, quality and work preparation prototypes” team, are responsible for the logistics and quality of all parts for all development specialist areas and prototype workshops and are therefore working directly on our products (engines, (e) axes, transmissions, fuel cells). We are responsible for the documentation of the experimental units and the provision of materials and support colleagues in this regard during the construction of aggregates. Our team contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity in workshops. For example, we are driving forward the topic of “digital assembly”. This minimizes errors and direct communication makes us more effective and faster. The quality of the prototype parts is guaranteed by efficient testing processes within the logistics and minimises possible problems in assembly.
