Consultant / Project Manager in the Staff of the Management South/West (m/f/d)

In your function, you report directly to the management board of the Management Board and answer the following tasks:

You have the opportunity to work with strategic projects and special tasks within and outside the business unit and thus contribute to the success of the company To do this, you will create, among other things, decision templates, presentations as well as demand-dependent evaluations and report directly to the department management As a contact person, you support regional/regional management in strategic, conceptual and operational tasks You take over the holistic management of your projects and lead them to a successful conclusion in compliance with budget and deadline requirements, including responsible structuring and organisation of the project You create and send the weekly and monthly reports with detailed and high-quality analyses of the results and develop them further You will also start ad-hoc, standard and region-specific evaluations on various issues and guide action recommendations

You have a successfully completed business studies, e.g. in the field of economics, Real Estate, VWL, Management & Economics or alternatively an apprenticeship as a real estate businesswoman:mann Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in housing would be desirable, but is not a must Since you capture your projects and work results visually / data-based, you are safe to use the common Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) To advance your projects, you will use your independent and organized work as well as strong communication strength and self-confident appearance You are happy to work in a dynamic environment and to accompany projects from the beginning to the end and thus have a direct influence on the success of your area.
